1. Create Supabase Project
Go to supabase.com → New Project. Copy your URL and anon key.
2. Run Schema SQL In Supabase → SQL Editor, paste and run the schema SQL (provided separately).
3. Deploy TBA Proxy Edge Function Run the deploy steps in
4. Add Your Drive Folder IDs Each robot photo folder should be named by team number (e.g. "1323"). Share the parent folder publicly (view only). Paste parent folder ID in team records.
5. Enable Auth in Supabase Authentication → Email → Enable Email Confirmations: OFF (for quick onboarding at events).
6. Create First Admin Authentication → Users → Add User. Then in Table Editor → users → set role to 'admin'.
